Because all Midnight R6 products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product.

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order using our contact form.

When submitting a claim, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings
• Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

Midnight R6 reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
